UPDATE: After my review I was contacted by Fiera and was issued an immediate full refund for the products in question. I did receive great customer service this time around. I was very excited when I made my initial purchase, and made an additional purchase just a few days later to include their skin care line(which I liked). When I received my order, it was clear that the color choices were not correct for my skin tone. I had a lot of difficulty with Fiera's customer service and felt their "full money back guarantee" is not as they state. The product color was chosen using their shade match quiz so the colors were chosen by them. Upon receiving my order both shades were too light. I contacted customer service and learned that each of the options available to me would result in me spending more money, either to return the product, or to receive a replacement item in the correct color. This is not a "full money back" guarantee. Customer service is one of the top reasons that determine whether I stay with a company or not. I ordered nearly $325 in products, with a very positive outlook about Fiera Cosmetics, but due to their poor customer service, I will not be a repeat customer, and I have a box full of products I won't use.
