Prior purchasing my preferred plan I had sent specifications to be done on the plan but no response until I purchased the plan and informed me I should have requested for a custom plan which wasn't realued though its states on their website. Their reply to queries n messages are very slow but always sending spam mails as soon as interest is shown in a product to purchase.

Great support from the team. I would wish that the house plans have more photos for review instead of just 4 or 5 images which in my opinion is inadequate in guiding a client in their decision making. You may consider having extra views available to paid members only for a start. Thanks.

I will give it 8/10. Good plan am impressed but you should at least include the roof and side plan in your premium account.

I began exchanging emails to get a custom home built. I tried to set up a skype, zoom, whatsapp, or viber call after multiple emails exchanged. Everytime i tried calling i would never get an answer. I really wanted to feel secure that the site was not a scam. I finally gave up and they got to keep my membership money and I truly feel that's what they wanted. I'd be willing to change my feedback and do business with maramani if they would confirm that the work of a home plan will be completed in a prompt manner. The site is nice but i just couldn't contact anyone to do business. So the communication and security is was my primary concern. I wish they had references of Americans that used them. I couldn't find a real person that used them to get a home built from ground up. I hope they reach out to me. The plan I received was inconclusive in terms of columns on the drawings. The Architectural plan only had pdf drawings. Dwg drawing was missing.
