The Maramani site is well done with a very good visual appeal. When they briefly engage a client, they provide good details. However, when they decide to go silent, clients are left staring at blank screens for un-answered emails and whatsapp messages for days. In my honest opinion, this is one area of their client side relationship that fails miserably. 11Sep2020 I am writing again to express my dissatisfaction with response time to queries and to re-affirm my earlier opinion stated above. When I engaged maramani for my drawings the agreement was 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery. I paid my last installment two weeks ago and I am no close to getting my full drawing set - this and a string of unanswered email and other queries through social media platforms is very discouraging. I only wish some one could definitively tell me when I will the last drawings rather than unfulfilled promises. Team Maramani, this is your challenge. Your customer satisfaction rating is almost nil.
