My PIP claim worked excellenty but on the other hand my already partially paid for wife's immigration process has failed miserabley due to lack of interest and response from your lawyers /advisors. Extremely disappointed

some good points. service was efficient seeing as our main solicitor had a holiday booked and a locum took over. Some inefficiency, e.g. we were asked to pick up documents from the office. We live in Stockton so assumed that meant Stockton office. no-one told us they meant Middlesbrough. This was urgent at the time as it was pertaining to a mortgage offer and it was a Friday. So the offer was delayed. We also received two invoices for the purchase and none for the sale. Overall ok but could improve.

We enjoyed and benefited hugely from Richard Rutter and Gayle Smith's well organised and sharp conveyancing throughout. Their dedication and attention to detail was exemplary and at significant points during the process very reassuring.
