Throughout my case, Watson Woodhouse were extremely unprofessional, apathetic and extremely patronising, especially in their response to an official complaint from me – four different solicitors represented my case at four very different stages (a ? mark over each), whereby not one solicitor understood the narrative of my case, or could not understand the narrative of my case in the 30 minutes contact time I was given. My overall experience with Watson Woodhouse is: Value for Money - no; Professionalism - rather limited and money orientated; Initial Impression - find an alternative firm; Approachability - their demeanour is poor; Services - extremely poor (for example, at one point they did not respond to what I instructed them to do to which I ended up in a prison cell and subsequently release on bail (I have never been in trouble with the police before - I was mortified, they were apathetic) - also, at one point they sent me to the wrong magistrates court - again, completely apathetic); Knowledge - no comment All I can do now is go to the legal ombudsman – please stay tuned!!
