Not fit for purpose as they protect the police when enquiring action against the police cases. Another corrupt firm for the public to avoid if you want to bring forth civil disputes against the police. Avoid at all costs another bias firm

Reception staff not very friendly specially towards foreing people they won't be patient and listen people has limited speaking English language
