Fortfarande nöjd med Cykloteket.

Beställde 3 saker varav ett vxl-reglage var det viktigaste. Övrigt var småsaker a 50 kr st. Reglaget skulle finnas för omgående leverans enligt hemsidan men fanns inte. Ändå skickandes de 2 samerna det med portkostnad på 69% av köpesumman. Inte ok.

I purchased an electric bike from the Västberga location at the end of March. When I got home and went for my first ride I noticed that the holder for the speedometer was cracked and falling off. My Swedish speaking husband called the store to get a replacement and was told to bring the bike to the workshop. He went in to the workshop with the bike (having to remove all the car seats to fit the bike in) and was told he needed to make an appointment for the workshop, not just show up (but was not told this on the phone). He then makes an appointment for the following week and again takes the bike all the way to the store, to be told that they need to order the part and it will take 3 weeks. We wait 3 weeks for a call and no one calls. My husband called last week and was told someone would call him back and no one did. He called again today and was told that the part was never ordered!!! I have now had this bike for 2 months and have not been able to use it because the holder is completely broken and I cannot access the speedometer. It has been a nightmare dealing with this store and receing horrible and incompetent service. I will never shop there again!
