This is the first time and maybe my last time. Why is that that they need to follow up the payment 5 days or 7days rather before the due date. And they are not just message 1 time a day and they also called to remind about the due date. Honestly its irritating alot. The first time that we apply we know the we need to pay on due date please… like tabby. Tabby will just message a day b4 your due date. Thats all so please change the way you message the person who loan like everyday b4 the due date. Thanks

I am using cashnow for long time now having good record. Recently I paid and got increased and its approved however for 2 days now the money still not received. It says error on IBAN where its the same only Im using before. I emailed no one is responding. Please can you do the needful?

The most worse and nonsense company…BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

The most worse and nonsense company ever .I have work with them a year now I miss one payment and they automatically add interest per day on it that’s good but aside that they call in start using bad words and threat on me to block me from this country as if they own UAE “where is the F… money this is company money not ur money what u do to get the money is ur problem or else we will forward ur documents to the court and u will be block from UAE” how can a professional company behave like this unless

I have been trying to apply for this loan only God knows how many times have tried,alway declined, I don't know why and what else should have been done 9r probably because I'm from africa. Even after putting all the required info ,still always I did not pass loan assessment I will be glad to know my offence. Thanks

I’ve been using cashnow for very long time. I used to pay on time for almost all time. This time I’ve few problems of my own and haven’t paid yet ( 2 days ) only and i asked them for some time. They were very rude towards me. And they are saying it as if they did this as a favor for us. And please if someone didn’t pay you on time also. Maintain your professionalism and speak kindly cause you don’t know what someone is going through. Make sure to higher the ladies who’re professionals and kind. Cause we’re gonna pay you back somehow but it doesn’t mean you can give us back the words you said toward us

Rude call center

Where is the management for cash now ? Really I need to know how they hired such rude unpolite employees when I want to explain for them I have emergency case that is why I late for the payment and I promise to pay once I have my salary they start to call my refferal and told them about my privacy situation informing them that I am late for payment and they liyeing that I am not answering their calls which is not real I am answering many calls once I start to speake they shouting me with very bad manner through the phone I am asking is this the way to collect payment from your customer this is not allowed in UAE you need to listen to the customer and try to find suitable way you can assist him for payment not shouting and hang the phone while I am speaking really the bad application and management and customer service all over UAE
