Hi, I have been using cash now for 2 terms now and i never failed to pay on time. However, this last loan that i got for 3000 aed, i failed to pay it on time on the first payment( 1 day late) and was charged late fee, it is because i accidentally put a different date on my reminder to pay. Now, I paid the full amount to compensate with the late payment i did ( only for 1 day) and i tried to renew. but the system is no longer allowing me to renew. At least review the history and give chance to people who are just late for 1 day. And i finished the loan payment 3 months in advance. Now, it keeps on rejecting my renewal. At least offer help and assistance for unintentional late payment( especially if it is just for 1 day )

I applied before for 3000sef loan before which I did clear even before time hoping to increase my loan minute which was declined and that includes me wanting the same amount again still it was declined which is disappointing in as much as you explain the emergency situation., disappointed
