Perfect deals and discounts

I ticked a box but they are very unclear at the point of your first purchase that this is a subscription service to buy discounts. They take 29,99 this month for a few discounts. Then i received another sign up for what i can only suppose is arelated company selling 90 day returnable guarentees - no thanks - a nasty octopus of a company

I was purchasing some slippers when a box popped up and asked if I’d like £5 discount. I said yes as I thought it was from the company I was buying from. I didn’t realise until the following month when Moona took £29.99 from my bank account, that I’d signed up to their ‘scheme’. I was furious, at them and myself for being taken in and contacted them by email and asked for a refund minus the £5 discount and I told them to take me off their membership. This month another £29.99 has been taken from my account. They obviously took no notice - I am now contacting the bank to try and stop further payments - be warned!

I don’t know how it happened I probably bought something on the internet and they got my details. I have never signed up for it! They have taken 29,99 this month. They said I could have their service until next month but I just want a refund since I didn't sign up for that service!!

So handy getting £5 off each time I spend great thanks worth it

Having discovered through my bank transactions that I was paying for Moona membership, which I would only have joined inadvertently, I contacted the Team. I received efficient, kind advice from a charming gentleman who arranged to have my name removed and the money to be paid back in to my account - very impressive and much appreciated.

Great customer service and the price are amazing. I love Moona.

What a scam! Never signed up to this service, queried why our first purchase from a shop gave us a 5.00 discount, they said don’t worry, it’s just by using your card. Now on checking my Barclay card I find they have been charging me 29.99 a mont since December. What a con, phoned and emailed them, they basically said tough, so we are 130.00 out of pocket.

This place has signed me up without my knowledge and are now taking money out of my account.. Its outrageous. Surely this is against the law
