Ordered a replacement laptop screen and this was processed very quickly. Unfortunately there were some problems with Royal Mail (as I had purchased Special Delivery Next Day) The delivery was delayed, however this was outside the control of laptop-lcd-screen. Nick at laptop-lcd-screen was great in resolving the issue refunding the delivery charge (as they will claim back from Royal Mail) Communication was great. Screen eventually arrived. Well packaged. Installed and working perfectly. Would definitely recommend this company and will use again for any repairs in future. Many thanks

I replaced my laptop screen!! First time ever! I now feel extremely emboldened...! It's brilliant to work on my renewed machine. My replacement screen arrived as stated, and fitted (nervously) within 45mins. I feel I could take on rocket science now 😉

This company are brillant. The website guides you through the process of finding the type of screen and usually there are options for either gloss or matte finishes. Once I placed the order, I recieved an update when the screen was shipped and it arrived on time, well packaged and in perfect condition. I returned to the website for fitting instructions and had it replaced in about 10 minutes. I'm really happy with my purchase and this is a wonderful company to do business with. I can't recommend them enough.
