Quick delivery, but the screen was damaged while fitting the product to the laptop. I later realised that the screen needed to be attached with LCD mounted strips. The video instructions said that double sided tape wasn't needed, so I did not think to purchase this. However, there was no way to get the screen to fit without it. The warranty was not clear enough prior to purchasing. I am still without a functioning laptop. Customer service could have been better. Not everyone is an expert when it comes to changing screens. It felt like I was getting berated when I emailed them. It was packaged well though. I don't think I will purchase here again because of the service that was provided.

I needed a replacement laptop screen for my daughter who is doing A-Levels and needed it for school. I was able to quickly identify the correct item using the information on the website and the really helpful videos, order it and have it arrive in perfect condition the next day. Excellent service.
