Lieferung war schlecht, Produkt gut
Das Produkt an sich war in einwandfreiem Zustand, doch das Produkt wurde viel zu spät geliefert. Nach der Drohung mit rechtlichen Schritten bei Lego und dpd war die Lieferung am nächsten Tag da. Schade, dass eine so grosse Firma, einen so schlechten Dienstleistungsgedanken hat.

Es wird einfach immer schlimmer. Teuer. Farb Qualität Katastrophe. Billig produziert. Zb black Panther.unglaublich wie billig und schlecht das ist.Früher nur lego gekauft. Aber jetzt definitiv kein Kunde mehr.sie haben ja scheinbar auch keine Kunden mehr nötig. Haben genug verdient.

Terrible Service Which Is Still Ongoing
We placed an order for 'best seller' parts and a 'standard part' on 22nd November 2024 and at the time of placing our order the website stated '28 business days for dispatch' for the standard part. This has since been changed to '40 business days for dispatch' which is totally unacceptable to change a service agreement after an order was placed. Our 'best seller' parts arrived approximately 2 weeks late and only after contacting Lego three times did an Lego Expert use their common sense and send out a replacement order. Our 'standard' parts order is still stating 'in warehouse' today (10/01/2025). We started building with Lego in March 2024 and have been told by Lego that all 'standard' parts are taking so long to be dispatched due to 'improvements to the warehouse'. Obviously these 'improvements' are/have not worked and it is time Lego accepted this. It is no wonder that lots of people have turned to other brands now due to the high costs and terrible customer service from Lego.

I placed an order on the 31st of…
I placed an order on the 31st of December and as stated on their website was advised delivery would be 2-4 working days with no additional time added for the holidays. It has no been 6 working days since the order and the order is still showing as in the warehouse with no tracking number being sent through which apparently should happen approx. 1 hour after order. I called lego today after not being able to contact them for days due to their phone systems being down to be told that the order has not been processed likely due to unavailable parts. When pushed and after the girl spoke to her supervisor I have been told it will be posted soon...but she can't give me a date as to when. If the parts are unavailable when is soon? If the parts are available why has it taken this long to sort? I asked to cancel my order at this point and was told I can't cancel my order even though they can't tell me when my order will be delivered and will just have to wait and see how long this soon will be. For a company the size of lego I was quite shocked at the level of customer service which was provided with 0 solutions or accountability offered.

Erst verschwindet der Sendungsinhalt bei DPD, Lego will nicht haften. Bei der nächsten Bestellung wird mein Konto belastet, der Gutschein entwertet und nach 30 Minuten wird meine Bestellung storniert. Und wo ist mein Geld? Fühle mich absolut betrogen von Lego.

J'ai passé une commande de briques Lego le 15 décembre et je ne les ai toujours pas reçues le 8 janvier. J'ai reçu un message de leur transporteur DPD comme quoi ils allaient me livrer dans la journée puis un autre disant qu'ils ont été incapables de me livrer. Cela s'est produit à quatre reprises. Je l'ai signalé deux fois au service Lego sans aucune réponse.
Don't care about upsetting children with faulty product
On Christmas Eve my grandson came to me in tears. The door 24 had been opened on his Harry Potter Advent Calendar; it was empty! I immediately raised a complaint using the "Resolver" system which Lego completely ignored. As I had not had a response to the "Resolver" complaint I contacted Lego customer service to get the pieces that should have been behind door 24. After a few days I received a patronising reply about naughty elves tampering with the Lego Advent Calendar!! This company is a disgrace, they don't care about the children they upset only profits from selling plastic toys at exorbitant prices. Still not received the parts and it is now the 8th Jan 2025.
