Zuerst mal unverschämte Preise. Dann kann der Kundenservice (wenn man ihn überhaupt telefonisch erreicht und nicht erst 30 Minuten in der Warteschleife hängt!!!) einem oft nicht helfen. Bestellungen von mir werden ohne zutreffende Gründe storniert. Die wollen anscheinend keine neuen Kunden mehr haben. Online wird nichts mehr gekauft.

Lego has a 2,1 rating on this site, and its crazy. Ive been buying lego for a solid 12 years now and have a pretty huge collection (still spend like $300 a year), haven't ever had a problem with them. I see a lot of review mention missing parts, and I have personally never had that happen to me before, no misprints, no missing sticker or something, no problem ever really, except for a part with a pretty big scratch, took me 3 minutes of asking for it and I got it in week without any problem. Each set that I buy (is to me) always 4/5 or 5/5 quality wise Not saying the other reviews are wrong, the 2.1 makes it sound like every other set has missing pieces when to me (with at least 100 sets in my collection) that has never happened (edit, Im in europe and it looks like my trustpilot is set to the US, I think they have different lego factories so that might be why my experience has always been good while with others not, hope you can keep that in mind when reading my review)

It’s a fun set, but it feels like I’m paying for the LEGO brand name as much as the actual product. Some other building toys provide similar creativity at a lower cost. Additionally, although it's marketed as suitable for all ages, younger children might struggle with the smaller pieces, which could be a choking hazard. In conclusion, LEGO Classic 10698 is a solid set that will spark creativity, but it's not perfect. The lack of more structured builds and the higher price point keep me from rating it higher. Still, it's a good option for casual builders or as a supplement to other LEGO sets.

Sostituiscono i pezzi danneggiati con pezzi in condizioni uguali o peggiori e alla fine si rifiutano di inviarne nuovamente un un'altro. Dopo aver speso migliaia di euro in loro prodotti.

J'ai pre commandé 2 kit lego F1. Je devais les recevoir le jour de la sortie. Le livreur n'est jamais venu. Après plusieurs tentative de joindre Lego, on me dit qu'on me les renvoie. Mais quelle surprise de recevoir 1 seul Kit sur les 2. Je rappelle lego rupture de stock avec un conseiller très très mal gracieux qui me dit que c'est ma faute si je l'ai pas reçu la première fois et qu'il ne feront aucun geste commercial. Au final je vais les recevoir 3 semaine après la sortie officielle. C'est inadmissible et minable pour un site comme ça

Bought the McLaren P1 kit and was disappointed to find a key piece missing. Reported via the parts request and 3 weeks on I'm still waiting for delivery and am unable to get any further with the kit. Really disapointing service. Seems once they have your money you go to the back of the queue as far as service goes.

Bei lego gibt es immer wieder angebote und sets. Auch die gesammelten Punkte sind etwas wert. Ich verstehe die ganzen schlecten Bewertungen nicht.

Le LEGO Shop expédie les commandes via la société de transport DPD qui eux, n'effectuent pas de livraison à domicile; j'habite dans une zone piétonne et, le livreur ne se donne pas la peine de venir jusque chez moi. Dans le meilleur des cas, le coli est déposé dans un point relais et dans le pire des cas, le trackeur indique que la livraison a eu lieu alors que je n'ai vu personne et que je n'ai rien reçu. Au niveau du service clientèle de LEGO, on me dit qu'il faut attendre x jours avant de lancer une enquête auprès du transporteur... En bref, si vous être pressé et que vous habiter en Belgique, utiliser un autre moyen pour vous procurer les produits LEGO.

Als er steentjes in gekochte (maakt niet uit waar) sets missen worden ze gratis nagestuurd. Of je kan zelf losse steentjes bestellen. Sets zijn wel duurder dan andere sites, maar je verzameld VIP punten die weer korting geven. Inmiddels heb ik op lego.com meerdere keren besteld en meestal duurt het wat langer (vandaar 4 sterren) voordat je je bestelling ontvangt. Maar altijd netjes alles ontvangen.
