Good sefvice

My first order went missing in the post (typical Christmas post) I got in touch with fragrance samples and they replied really quickly and re sent my order. I'm pleased to say I've received it now 😊 I have used fragrance samples lots of times and their fragrances are great!

Have used this site many times for samples and they fill their orders very quickly and arrive in a nice little velvet pouch. The only reason it's not 5/5 is that the sample bottles are not the highest quality and I've had to decant the sample into other sample bottles when they spray stopped working. Other than that, it's a brilliant site.

I got 2 samples 1 didn't spray. I contacted twice with no response. After reading other reviews and responses from the company I expect a similar response myself which will be along the lines of, we are great and it’s the customer fault as we’ve sent out 20 billion samples with no problem 🙄 I wouldn’t use again so can’t recommend
