Ordered something with next day delivery, it got stuck with Evri and after a whole week waiting, I had to chase it up, product never arrived, decided to cancel, still waiting for refund. Customer service responds within a day that's the only reason it's not 1 star but would avoid buying from here again based on this experience

First time ordering and unfortunately ended up receiving a product with an unknown dirty substance on the head of a vibrator. There was even a sticker broken on the box saying it had been quality checked.. clearly not! I emailed Bondara who confirmed they will send me a replacement, but surely noone should be receiving products in this state! Potentially a massive health risk! Really disappointed in the lack of standards here.

Very cute, handbag sized pink rabbit. BUT did not do it's job! It just didn't have the power to stimulate anything!! 😯 No instructions either to say the battery unit needs removing from inside the 'toy', which was a task in itself. There is a tiny paper disk between the two batteries which needs removing before pressing the on/off button. All this exertion for nothing, and I obviously won't get a refund as I had to use the toy to find out it was rubbish😕
