Product broke after 4 days

When I Ordered this product I paid for next day delivery, and because of the courier used the order arrived at least 24 hours late, unfortunately the couriers incompetence reflects on others, if the counter can't be trusted to deliver on time then another decent courier needs to be found.

I've purchased a few items from Bondara. All but one were perfect. The one that was not was just a size issue. The refund and returns process was incredibly easy and the customer support agent was extremely helpful. The quality of the products is great and so is the service. This vagina & butt was far to small to be of any use considering it was in the ass and butt section . Holes are far ,far, to small. Waste of money. Tried it once then put it in the cupboard.
