UPDATE 11/2/2025: The refund has now started to be processed, so I have updated my review from 1 star to 3 stars as the retailer has rectified the situation. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Sent me a used item. This was evident as the hygiene seal was already broken when I received the item. Delivery was also days late, despite paying for next day shipping. Returned the item as faulty 12 days ago via Evri as per the retailer's returns policy, and am still yet to receive my refund.
