Items not received. The courier, Evri , did not leave the package at my premises..I was at home at the time they said they had delivered They and you have no interest in helping. Ive been scammed out of £44.00.

Great choices, prices, and discrete packaging!

I placed an order for two items on Bondara.co.uk but quickly realized it was a mistake. I requested a refund, which was processed promptly. However, when I amended the order to just one item, I was charged the original amount for the two items. To make matters worse, no confirmation email was sent, and the updated order didn’t appear in my account on their website, even though my bank statement clearly shows the charge. On top of this, my order never even arrived. I reached out to Bondara to explain the situation, but they’ve completely ignored me and haven’t responded to my messages. Edit in reply to Bondara: No reply was sent to my complaint, and no email was sent on that data either. I have checked all my emails, including spam. My bank has been made aware of the issue. Once the case has been closed, I will delete my account with Bondara.
