The person kept in touch immediately when I had a question about my product and also after advising me that it was no longer available. Suggested a new one and advised me on how to use it later.

They asked me to verify the measurements I had taken because they didn't look quite right. They were correct, I had measured incorrectly and would have had the wrong springs. Thanks to them, I got the right ones and now my garage door works perfectly again.

Shipping charges were not what I told they would be, and they turned out to be much higher than I was quoted. Shipment took longer than I was told.
