Looking at the reviews, MUGDC looked professional and customer-oriented. I guess my $62 order did not meet the minimum to get good customer service. My order was placed and received shipment notification on 10/6. Since then, the USPS tracking status never changed through today on 10/17. After 2 phone call messages (because they never answer the phone or call back) and 2 emails, finally a response from Chris and I quote, "Sorry for the inconvenience. We will contact the post office and send a replacement if needed." That was it. I have filed a credit card charge dispute to get a refund.

They had in stock what was advertised, got it out right away and didn't mess around trying to rip me off on shipping because I live in Alaska. Will use them again any time and recommend them to anyone.. Thanks Vern in Alaska
