The products work better than what I have been buying from my skin care providers and are a better value. I am seeing great improvement in my skin after taking Dermal Repair Complex for a few months.

They refunded my orders for no reason. Even phrased the email as "Thank you for contacting us, I'm happy to confirm we have refunded your order." Also, I had coupons work for discounted products, but then the next order all of a sudden they won't work and they claim they never will according to customer service. This happened with Gundry MD, which i'm pretty sure are owned by a big corporation since they have the same check out, same coupons, same website and everything. All scammy companies.

Every time I order one of your new products it try’s to have me place an order for so many additional items, it can be confusing. I hit, I guess an add button by accident and ordered an additional 3 that I didn’t want. I sat on hold for 48 minutes right after I received the order confirmation trying to cancel to no avail. I then sent an email. I then chatted with a rep just for them to tell me it shipped.
