I have been SO hAppY with my purchase! I love this bike. We now ride our bikes to dinner almost every time we go out now! I ride this bike so much more than I use to ride my bike. I can get really good exercise when I want and then use power when I’m tired. Besides the fact that it is absolutely adorable! It is very well made. My husband put this together with no difficulties. There is only one drawback: I underestimated how much my boys would like it! Now we will be buying 1-2 more within the year!

There were problems with the shipping of my bikes. I expected pushback, but they were incredibly responsive and made things 100% right. And they paid for a mechanic to put my bikes together.

So, I have not received my bike yet and will update once I do but so far the customer service is great. I placed an order yesterday and got 20% off. Well today I got an email code for 25% off. I went on their chat and got a reply in seconds. Not only did they apply the new code for 25% but also saw I had the lifetime warrenty which I didn't need because the bike I bought already had one so they refunded that amount too. :)

Wow, would not go back to a regular bike again! We had such a great time riding our E bikes! We live in an area full of hills and I have bad knees so we couldn’t ride until we got our E-bikes. We went for a long morning ride and had a blast! No more issues with the hills! Next time we will pack a lunch and find a trail! Freedom is the throttle!

I purchased the Around the Block e-bike 500w from woot.com, owned by Amazon a couple weeks ago! The bike came with the wrong fork, the front tire won't fit on the fork. I am still waiting on a replacement part. Quality control seems to be a problem. I can't even correctly rate the bike because it is inoperable!! It has been on the bike stand for over a week!

Bike less than 6 months / 400 miles was not shifting correctly or smoothly. SixThreeZero very responsive team guided me to info to assist me in self repairing. After that approach did not resolve the performance issue, SixThreeZero rep approved taking bike to a shop for adjustments, and to email the fee to them. Bike working well now and refund of fee quickly received. Really like this bike, performance always top priority for such a purchase, but customer care by 630 is outstanding. Thanks Emil!

I wanted an adorable bicycle and this one definitely fit the bill. Registering my bike was simple and customer service was very quick to respond when I elected to purchase the Forever Warranty directly from the company after buying my bike from an authorized retailer. I wasn't able to purchase on the website initially, but they got everything sorted for me within 24 hours, and the extra $49.99 feels like a really great investment in what I hope will be my bike for years to come. My husband put the bike together for me, and it took about twice as long as expected. The instructions aren't very specific - just general instructions for any model or style of bike - so he spent a lot of time cross referencing the website and videos shared by sixthreezero to get it right. As much as I'd have loved to see everything clearly articulated for my specific model in the instruction manual, the videos were very helpful. I've been riding my new bike for a couple of months now and it handles well. The seat is comfortable and the bike feels sturdy, high quality, and well-made. I've had no issues to date with anything mechanical!
