I purchased the bike in cream and was so excited when it finally arrived. It should have been perfect after all the glowing reviews online. However, it had some bents when I opened it. It was extremely heavy and very hard to pedal, no matter what setting it was on. I tried a friend's Electra Townie, which is the same style, and was blown away by how much easier it was, more comfortable, and much sturdier. Returning it would have been a hassle, but I was able to sell my bike on FB Marketplace and move on to a better bike.

I just received my bike and I love it. After having a knee and a hip replacement this past year, I was missing being able to exercise and ride a bike, too much pain for too many years. My children bought this for my 62 birthday and it is amazing. Very easy to put together with complete easy-to-follow instructions. On my first day, I rode 5 miles with ease and with absolutely no pain. It is sturdy, beautiful in color, and has so many accessories.

Overall, I am happy with my purchase and enjoy my bike. There were a few issues during assembly that took longer than expected to resolve. Despite this issue, I would recommend sixthreezero and would purchase from them again.

So far so thrilled!! After spending months thoroughly researching e-bikes/comfort bikes I decided to pull the trigger and order a bike through sixthreezero.
