I was not able to obtain the paint for my campervan from a main dealer looked on the web and found Paintnuts so contact them gave my reg no problem they mixed up the right colour very quik service so if any one has a problem obtaining paint give hem a call.

I had a difficult start, with an old colour which is very rare, they sorted out the problem, now I'm really pleased with the result, it's a perfect match. Would definitely recommend this company. Excellent customer service, well done!

Absolutely amazing customer service! I ordered a paint pen to cover a scratch on my car. Alas, the item appears to have been lost in the post. I contacted PaintNuts to ask for help, they were amazing 👏. Not only did they respond super quick to my email, one of the team actually delivered a replacement item the same afternoon to my house 👍. Absolutely awful customer service ! They had sent the wrong paint to what I had ordered on the website. They will not to try to help you in anyway and make you to pay for their errors. Wish I had read the reviews before buying ! Will be telling friends and family not to bother.

The spray paint is too runny. As soon as I spray, it drips down then dries in a faded grey version of the blue it should be. I emailed paintnuts five weeks ago to ask for advice but they didn’t respond.

They sent the wrong paint and wont refund or pay postage for a return. selfish company, poor customer service.

I wish I had read the 120 people who wrote a one-star review. I too wish that there was a minus assessment! Let's just say that my team are considering legal action through the Small Claims Court procedure to recover the costs and 'possible damages' regarding PaintNuts car paint supplier, and their so-called Help Team. If ever there was a misnomer this is one prime example for obfuscation - but 'Paint Nuts' seems apt from my experiences.

I wish I can rate them minus, they are untrustworthy, unreliable and poor customer service. I place an order with no PN272896. When I received it one item was damaged, I contacted them with images and video of the damaged item. I received automated email from them with ticket no. 31138 on 26th oct 2023 acknowledging received my request and will respond within one business day but never heard from them till now. Do not buy from them you do so at your own risk. Had I known is always at last. A word to a wise is enough. Don’t buy from paintnuts.
