I received a call to say there was change to products & if I was ok to go ahead with new products I agreed. I was told one of the products didn't have a box, I said "as long as tube is sealed I'd take it". I received my order a few days later as promised, but I really thought there might be a 'token' for accepting an unboxed item as a thank you, courtesy, maybe things are done differently from when I worked in retail. I didn't even receive the "free gifts" I was meant to receive because of what I ordered.....
