Would use again

I was really unhappy with this purchase as I saw the payment went through fine through online banking and my address was entered correctly and is done automatically and every other parcel arrives just fine. I did get an email saying it was cancelled but with no reason as to why it was cancelled and I also haven’t received a refund of my money. I saw the reviews that this has happened to a small minority of other people and I should of trusted those reviews

Price was good. The items received were as exactly advertised/ordered. The only down side, was waiting for the products to be dispatched and delivered, a little on the slow side. I already have these products in this range and all of them are very good. Although I would say that no. 0 isnt that brilliant to use with no. 3 , you may as well use no.3 and skip no.0. Look up the uses for each products online by typing Olaplex uses and click on cosmetify.com. My main reason for ordering it was because the Olaplex no.0 was in a spray bottle. Usually in a nozzle bottle. The spray isn't good, I've got a couple of them now from this and another supplier and the spray is just like a water jet not a spray. I've decanted the product into a spray bottle I bought off Amazon! Dropped a star due to delay in receiving products!

The prices were very good as I chose items that were in a sale. All received well packed and nothing damaged. Pleased with all except the Olaplex. I must admit to being very suprised it was only about £15. Never seen it so cheap anywhere else. The bottle of Olaplaex 3 that I received looks different to the bottle I already have at home. The writing on the front label looks very different and has additional text that’s not there on my other bottle and the rear label writing is blurred, where it’s clear to read on my other bottle. I can’t be bothered with all the hassle of returning it.
