Ordered on the 21st Feb, was meant to be delivered on the 24th. Said it was out for delivery but never arrived as I was home all day and night. Evri said they attempted delivery on app at 8pm but this was not the case and have spoken to Evri myself and they admitted a delivery had not been attempted. They said they would get it delivered the next day. A week later and still no parcel . Contacted Beauty Flash and all they said was, that I could track the delivery, no apology about what was going on. Got an update from Evri today saying there had been another delay and still no parcel. Won’t be using beauty flash as they use Evri and this is a Joke! Dpd and RM I’ve never had any issues . Just my experience so far, not great.
