Still not received my order which I placed on 7th March with next day delivery. My order is still showing as "processing". I have emailed the company on 12th March and still not had a reply. I managed to find a customer service phone number to ring on their website but you just get a message saying to email customer services?!?!? What's the point of a phone number if you can't speak to someone?!?! Where is my order?! I will be contacting my credit card company to refund me, if I don't at least get a reply to my email within 48 hours. Thanks
