Meine Erfahrung in der Klinik war insgesamt sehr gut. Die Organisation im Vorfeld lief reibungslos – vom Transfer bis zum Hotel war alles bestens geplant. Das gesamte Team war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sowohl in der Klinik als auch im Hotel. Meine Ärztin hat großartige Arbeit geleistet, und schon nach 1,5 Wochen bin ich mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden. Ich habe mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Kommunikation nach der OP teilweise etwas spät war. Außerdem hätte die Übersetzerin in der Klinik mich etwas mehr begleiten können. Trotzdem war sie freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war es eine positive Erfahrung, und ich kann die Klinik weiterempfehlen!

Hair transplant @ Vanity
I got my hair transplant operation done last week from Vanity. It was a really good trouble free experience overall. Kerem and Irem (my pre-op and post-op) coordinators were really helpful, professional and provided all the information as soon as possible (day & night). The transport team was really helpful too. The doctors did an amazing job on the day of the operation and hair wash. I'm looking forward to my hair growth 😁

I am 55 years old and had a Blaspharoplasty. From beginning to end abselutely no pain. Extreme caution was taken in the opperation theatre with friendly staff. Dr. Çağatay communicated to me in French as I live in France, but he also speaks English which is a great help. Thank you to all for making my experience worth while.

Do NOT trust this clinic! In December last year, I had a breast lift (which they turned into an augmentation) and blepharoplasty at this clinic, and my experience became a nightmare. After surgeries, there are no real check-ups. Once you leave Turkey, they forget about you. At best, they will ask for some pictures after three months—probably just for show, rather than any real follow-up on your health. For a whole month after my surgeries, I was begging them to send me the correct discharge summary so that my doctor in my country could properly monitor my recovery. They kept ignoring my requests, most likely because they couldn't figure out how to include the fact that they had added fat to my breasts without my consent. Two months ago, instead of being able to provide my doctor with the correct discharge summary and ensuring that my body was recovering properly after these surgeries, I had to pay for a full consultation just to get a referral for a certified body scan. This was the same type of scan I did three weeks before my surgeries at this clinic, which was supposed to confirm if I had any contraindications. Had there been an issue, I could have postponed the surgeries without wasting time and money. The scan was also meant to serve as proof of what they did to my body, in case they tried to deny it—making me look like a fool and claiming, as Umut put it, that it was just “miscommunication due to a language barrier, maybe.” As a result, I had to postpone my trip to Canada until I underwent a full certified medical examination and took legal action against this clinic. My husband is a U.S. lawyer (though in a different field). He was completely against my decision to have surgery here, but I convinced him—trusting the positive reviews and competitive pricing. However, he wasn’t as confident as I was, and he found a Turkish lawyer before I even prepaid for my surgeries. I regret to admit that my husband was right again. The most absurd part of this situation is that the issue is not even the surgeries themselves but everything that happened afterward. I understand that directly admitting that they augmented my breasts instead of lifting them is a huge legal risk for them. After all, I could easily sue them for performing a procedure I never requested or consented to. However, ironically, I was actually happy with the result. The worst I might have done was ask—very politely—to add a little more of the fat they had already transferred to my breasts for free, but ONLY IF my breasts sagged again due to weight loss and ONLY IF my mother and I returned for other procedures, as we had planned for this November. That would have been the only thing I could have asked for, and even then, I wouldn’t have traveled just for that. Now the situation has changed, and we will be seeking legal compensation. When I reached out and asked for their legal department’s contact details so my lawyer could communicate with them—or at the very least, for their legal address so we could file a lawsuit—they offered me a video call with the doctor. At first, I was actually pleased because I thought this was their way of trying to resolve the issue. But in the end, it was all for nothing. That was TWO MONTHS AGO, and the doctor still hasn’t found time for it. I have since undergone certified medical examinations in the EU, which confirm everything I’ve been saying. See you in court.

A sensitive subject—the selection of a medical service provider—but handled discreetly! The internet is a colossal source of data, yet often incompatible with the expected outcome! The patient coordinator, seemingly focused on identifying the service request submitted by the patient, has correctly identified, optimized, and directed the requirements toward the designated medical fields. Although I received an alternative offer that was 15% more economically advantageous from competitors in the field, the front office was welcoming and flexible to the patient’s needs (documents, printing necessary case data, Wi-Fi access, parking). The staff on the floor was attentive to details and responsive, even in extraordinary cases! Following the consultation, the doctor clearly delivered the information and recommendations, making substitutions that contributed to the requested outcome! A correction was made to an issue that was not initially discussed! Generic medications were provided, without postoperative derivatives! I am now in the recovery phase, on the 15th day! My request was fulfilled at 97%! In time with my business!

FRANK MESA ( VERIFIED ) I almost died there 6 months ago ,in Vanity Estetik Hospital in September 11th 2024 due Negligence by the hands of so called Butcher Baris Kanik and his team of nurses of the 4th floor room 401.Supposedly to get a neck lift and upper-lower blepharoplasty,the surgery day was scheduled at 11:00 which took place at 15:00,Upon realizing B.Kanik was running behind I asked the front desk nurses what was happening,they responded that the 7AM patient before me under Baris was having complications, that is when the nightmare started taking place.At 15pm they took me into the surgery room. Sheduled for 4 hours took 6 hours of full negligence,later on the nurse came to apply the antibiotic on my eyes by pushing the eyeball with the tip of the cream tube oozing and forcing an over massive amount on my eye, when I screamed she pushed it again creating the rupture of small vessels and capillaries on the white part of my right eyeball, when I requested help to get to the bathroom they didn't even bother to help me out to stand so the let me fall right on the floor, hitting my head straight on the temple passing out due to a vagal syncope, they were lost as to how to proceed in an emergency like this, certainly THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALLY PREPARED for this kind of EMERGENCY, No one even bothered to help me out til A PARAMEDIC showed up and decided to remove me from the Vanity premises (smart move from Vanity not to be liable for my death ,if I‘d died I would have died somewhere else out of Vanity premises) A whole team of useless nurses that even couldn't find my veins to apply some hydration poking me multiple times.I was RUSHED OUT in an AMBULANCE to the”ACADEMIC HOSPITAL" (20 min away) to let me die there once removed from Vanity ,then to protect themselves they sent a"self proclaimed"nurse just to verbally sign documents, disclaimers & waivers where they will not be liable for anything so they can wash their hands off and walk away from their negligence.“Ayse" was nothing but a translator that has no degree or background in the medical field with the sole purpose of pushing me with legalities and useless talk as I barely could be cognitive enough to understand,as the second day went by I realized my lower eyelids were surgically accessed from the outside eyeline right below the eyelashes (when we had pre discussed it has to be from the inside only) now I have terrible ectropion and asymmetrical scars when compared the right & left, on top of that in order to control bleeding Baris decided to control it with an electric cauterizer, the burn created a 8 mm wide tunnel orifice that connects the inside of the internal eyelid with the external skin, now I have a massive crater hole under my right eyelid(see Googl pics and judge yourself)during communication with Baris Kanik ,he acknowledged the burning and damaged of some skin and internal tissues, response:"keep using cream "just like that ! in regards my neck the disfiguration,burning and massacre of the back of my neck is imminent ,this was out of his hands & control so he stitched all the surgical flaps edges in a rush irregularly overcorrecting it passing the blame on me claiming "I had too much skin”,wasn't he supposedly there to fix it? Acknowledging it will need a further revision.After contacting them via whatsapp Ayse decided to stop communication when I asked details of the revision and if they were going to be responsible for it.On Other NOTE AND FACTS:by further investigation the Turkish Ministry of Health has recorded previous malpractice complaints in regards Baris Kanik ( who has been practicing in Vanity Estetik Clinic only for a month) in connection with the lack of professionalism and former similar cases of death previously perpetrated by this Clinic by transferring botched patients to die to other Hospitals. case numbers are not given to Public but here are a few cases,Case#8472 # 8255 USHAS Uluslararasi Saglik Hizmetleri A.S , International Health Services Call Center 24/7 908502883838 Those other CASES WERE PROVIDED BY OTHER CLINICS in Turkey who WARNED me in regards Vanity. I had Rhinoplasty with Mr Anil Hismi who was great before, during and after operation. I didn’t have any pain or hard times after the surgery. It has only been two weeks so of course haven’t seen the final version but the one after the operation seems the one l want. The clinic and also staff was so friendly and helpful. Pelin and Irem were very helpful and responsive. Getting back to my question asap. Thanks to everyone 🙏🏻
