I asked recommendations for eye filler. They gave me a list of doctors and one in particular was twice the price of the rest. The person told me is because he was the best. (And yet their best is actually the worst injection I’ve ever received) anyways, I took a 40 minute Uber to the clinic just to be told that the doctor wasn’t even there. That he decided to go somewhere else and nobody there Thought to inform their patient of that prior. So then I had to take another Uber another 40 minutes in a different direction. very unprofessional that they don’t inform you prior to arrival so I started the day wasting a lot of unnecessary time going around town. The eye filler was done very poorly. It is extremely superficial and overfilled. I can see the filler every time I smile. It’s very prominent. I reached out to the clinic and they told me it would go away in 2 to 3 days. Three weeks later, it’s still there. And now I’m being ignored. I am going to have to pay another injector to dissolve it and then pay again to have it refilled. So overall, the whole experience was a complete waste of time, money, and I will have spent over a month and counting with a messed up looking face.

I had my breast augmentation surgery last Tuesday and it was amazing the staff was very friendly they made me feel safe and comfortable specially My doctor Semih yildiz he did a great job. I’m so happy with the result i couldn’t thank them enough I highly recommend this clinic❤️

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Vanity Clinic and feel compelled to share my thoughts. Additionally, I was given appointments and, like naive individual, I arrived up to four days earlier than scheduled. One day was my fault, but the other three were wasted time and money. What I find absolutely unacceptable is that during the surgery, they asked for more money. I have spoken to other patients, and it seems I was charged significantly more for the same procedure. To make matters worse, they even asked my husband for extra money while I was under the knife. This is neither ethical nor legal. Before the surgery, they knew exactly what procedures I was undergoing. I paid 7,200 euros for a full tummy tuck, breast augmentation with lifting, and silicone implants. However, what I actually received was a mini tummy tuck, which is a less extensive procedure. This miscommunication is frustrating and unprofessional. The treatment I received during my stay was appalling. My husband was not allowed to stay with me due to our young child, and no one helped me when I needed assistance getting up or going to the bathroom. On the second day, I was even yelled at for calling for help too often. Isn’t it the job of healthcare professionals to assist patients who are in need, especially after surgery? Instead, staff members were seen sitting and drinking coffee, acting frustrated because a patient in pain needed help. One nurse even shouted at me in Turkish, which I couldn’t fully understand, and then proceeded to leave me alone in the hallway, forcing me to walk by myself. What if I had fallen? I was not well at all, and the pain I experienced after my surgery made it difficult to even lift my arms. I was left alone with no assistance, and I couldn’t eat for a day and a half until my husband arrived to feed me. I truly hope others consider this review before making decisions about their health and safety at this clinic!

I had a great experience with my rhinoplasty and blepharoplasty. The doctor carefully listened to my desired outcome and delivered exactly what I wanted.

The whole process from the enquiry to the actual surgery and since I’ve been home has been amazing, all staff are so welcoming and lovely, my coordinator Berfin is always on hand to answer any questions. The hotel they put you up in is very nice. The hospital itself is really clean and modern. I felt very at ease and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to the whole team and especially Dr Can Zeliha Gül for making my dreams come true.
