Telephone response was excellent however trying to book the Insurance cover on life was difficult. The site would not process my bank payment and I wasted a lot of time.

Relatively secure tansaction

Relatively secure tansaction. The slightest change in details generates a higher policy price. I changed the dates of birh of the two ats by a coiple of months only and that resulted in higher premium. Insurance...can't live with it, can't live without it!

Avoid this company

Payments take that long to process that your having to pay for the following months medication before you have even received payment for the last! Also renewal has doubled in price and they no they can get away with it as my dog has an on going health issue and needs medication each month and a new company wouldn't honour this. Disgusting!

7 weeks no payment for claim

We have been with healthy pets for 2 years now and my dog has ongoing medicine, we put in a claim on the the 27/6 and we are still waiting for them to process it, next week we will need to put in another claim, unfortunately we need to use a credit card to pay every 2 months as we do not have few hundred pounds spare so will lose money on interest aswell as the excess. We have contacted them twice and get told the that the time we have to wait has gone up. Very unhelpful and I am seriously considering cancelling. Do not use if you are not in a hurry to get your money back.

Would not recommend!

Been with Healthy Pets since we bought our puppy home. Sadly our paw-baby has passed away and Healthy Pets think it’s a great idea to add to our grief and loss by deducting the remainder of our year’s policy from our claim! Not an ounce of empathy or customer care! I’ll also add that having inexperienced people answering calls, does not help. Not a clue on how to speak to upset customers.

Been with Healthy Pets since we got our cat 9 years ago and never needed to claim until now, our claim was submitted 4 weeks ago and still no update??!! So don't use unless your in no real rush for your payment. When you call great customer service just very slow when it come to claiming.
