Disgusting, dog has an ongoing condition, it started off at £38 per month, next year's premium £68 per month next Yr £115.48 per month, it's more than the tablets he is on, so much for paying out to protect your dog, we will have to have him put to sleep due to money grabbing insurance. I am absolutely fuming at the outright day light robbery. If I had left a review in the first year it would have been 5 stars as I had no idea what was to come.

i was with Healthy pets for 7 years never claimed and always paid, when my pet was hurt i paid out and tried to claim back on the company i had paid for 7 years too. they told me that my pet had been placed in the wrong class of pet and that i owed them money ..... when told i was going to cancel my policy if and to find out if i would be charged they then cancelled my claim. to follow then then emailed me with the amount i was going to be given and seconds later another email saying. "ignore the last email it was a mistake" this company will do anything not to pay out to its policy holders, my advice is to look for another company. this is not the first time they have done it and wont be the last !

Advisor was extremely helpful - very thoughtful and explained everything in a very clear way. They updated my details and set up new quotes. The entire process was very enjoyable!

Straight forward application for our two cats, although some of the secondary questions I only came by the off chance, I'm hoping the previous injuries box has kept the text in it, but overall 9/10.
