when I got my renewal policy it had…

when I got my renewal policy it had jumped up almost twice, so I phoned them and said I would cancell he then went through it with me and I got a new deal which was cheaper then the original 👍😅

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. We've had a policy with them for years but I've just added one for my new kitten and on the phone they were really friendly and helpful and made it so easy to add a new pet. I highly recommend Healthy Pets

Have been with Healthy Pets for a number of years. Haven't needed to use insurance but with 4 cats dont want to take any chances

What an amazing service

What an amazing service! I could not be happier with the Healthy Pets team, you really know how good an Insurer is when you have to make a claim and unfortunately just before Christmas our cat had to have a stay at the vets. My first claim was dealt with directly by the vets but I heard nothing from either of them until I was contacted by the vets to say I was due a refund as the claim had been paid out on 1st Feb. I then had to make a 2nd claim for the vets that looked after him over night, I submitted my claim form on the 24th and exactly 9 days later I’ve had an email to say my claim has been settled and the claim has been paid. I was shocked! Every person I spoke to could not have been more helpful and informative, I would 100% recommend healthy pets to absolutely anybody.
