It was very easy to get a competitive quote and to find the appropriate cover for my dog.

Been using for the last 4 users since owned dog as a puppy and this year they decided to increase the rate by 40% despite no claims ever being made on the policy and no illness/issue with my dog. No reason given and when called they immediately reduced by 50% however still at a rate higher than the rest of the market. Sorry to admit that I am one of those people that just lets things renew and I guess this is what they are taking advantage of. No reward for being a long-term customer, just rinse us for as much as possible. Cancelled and gone elsewhere for a fraction of the cost and identical terms.

So far so good. Prompt response, error quickly corrected. Covers everything I need to insure my kitten. The main proof will be next year when it's time to renew my policy!
