Endlose Verzögerung beim Transport, angebliche Informationen von mir erforderlich für UPS über ein Formular, das mir nie zugeschickt wurde. Auch UPS usa kontaktierte mich nicht, irgendwann sprang bei die Sendungsverfolgung auf eine andere Sendung um, ab da konnte ich die Lieferung nicht mehr verfolgen. Ich bat mehrfach darum den Kauf abzubrechen (bezahlt hatte ich natürlich schon), weil ich Betrug/Diebstahl vermutete. Dieser Wunsch wurde vom Verkäufer beharrlich ignoriert. Schließlich Anruf von ups deutschland, die Empfänger Adresse war unvollständig vom Verkäufer angegeben worden. Und die Zollgebühr musste noch entrichtet werden. Ich ergänzte die Adresse und bezahlte die Gebühren. Heute kam ein Paket von ups an, darin immer weitere Verpackungen, schließlich ein schmucketui. Leer. Ich werde nie wieder bei diesem Portal kaufen

Does anyone notice that all of the 1-star reviews result in the same canned response? They always ask for the order number "to better assist" when in several reviews the order number is clearly listed. Addtionally, I have been dealing with 1stDibs CS regarding a delayed shipment (ORDER NUMBER 140445532). Canned responses in this instances as well. 1stDibs can't seem to tell me the status of the shipment from their chosen carrier. ORDER NUMBER 140445532 | In case you didn't notice..
