The delivery driver was brilliant, courtious and on time the goods were well packaged, I was able to check the items using the enclosed listened when my builder arrived he was able to get straight onto the job. I ordered a CORE 5 SHELF STORAGE UNIT on 26 Aug 2023 . It was stated as being in stock with 1 to 5 working days delivery. After 10 working days and no contact, I emailed a query, and was told "sorry, the original despatch has been lost". A replacement can be sent but the item is out of stock for a month. I requested a refund and ordered the identical item from another company which was delivered in two days.
