Hadn't much of an issue but...

Hadn't much of an issue as had always received good service and communication, however latterly no respond to email from agent re water contract as now have had to pay a termination fee as had for this to be checked prior to change - very unsatisfied

GEAB TOUCHING BASE

I just had a follow up 'phone conversation with an advisor from GEAB in regards to our switching energy suppliers in 2021. Although other advice bureaux have tried to convince me that I couldn't have fixed a rate already that far in advance, the advisor put my mind at rest and told me otherwise. It's useful to have these follow up calls; I might otherwise forget that another supplier has already been chosen when we leave the current supplier in 2021!

TOO PUSHY BY FAR

I received an unsolicited call from this company, and explained that we are tied into a contract for the next two years. The caller was very persistent and I gave him my email address to send more details to, in an effort to end the call. I received the email and carried out due diligence by checking the Trust Pilot reviews for the company. Finding such a high percentage of 'bad' reviews I replied to the email saying that this did not fill me with confidence, and asking them to remove us from their database. I had a reply asking me to give them a chance to prove the reviews incorrect. I then received a phone call once again disputing the Trust Pilot analysis. I know that this is a competitive market, but this level of persistence is not acceptable. No means no, and I don't expect to be pestered to expose the company to the risk of using a company with so many adverse reviews.
