We had not received a bill from EDF…

We had not received a bill from EDF since Oct 18 due to ongoing technology problems at EDF. Green Energy have been chasing on our behalf and we now have 4 backdated bills and Green Energy have negotiated a repayment plan. This has saved me loads of time making numerous telephone calls. Really grateful for service provided.

had a very bad experience with these so called energy experts my bills more than doubled in price and have not heard from them after numerous attempts to contact them just keep getting fobbed off with a false promise of a call back off a manager Estelle wilson is terrible i will never deal with them again thanks green energy advice you have nearly closed my business down due to your greed and self proclaimed honesty pffft con artists

All so smooth and helpful.

Green Energy have set me up with a brilliant contract for my electricity,saving me a substantial expenditure. The changeover from British Gas was very smooth and without any aggravation what so ever. Aftercare has also been gratefully received. 10/10 for efficiency & service.

Professional and enthusiastic bunch

Having shopped around before contact with GEAB they managed to beat all competitors getting us the best deal possible and even after that they still went above and beyond managing to get us further savings. They have kept in touch throughout the process of the switch and managed teething problems as they happen. They are always on the end of the phone being as helpful as they possibly can be. No problem is ever to small or big to resolve, and calling every now and then to see if everything is running smoothly is a nice touch. Its is a joy to deal with GEAB and i hope we can continue to do business with them into the future.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Electricity contracts!! we all dread dealing with looking at new contracts. Green energy were very helpful honest and open. A real breath of fresh air. Thoroughly recommend the company.
