Mis sold the policy
I wasn't told all the facts about the policy prior to signing up, upon realising this i asked to terminate the policy (Just 12 hours after signing) and was told i couldn't, 3 days later i get confirmation that the policy had just been finalised.. I believe i was mis sold. In response to GEAB reply. Complaint currently sits with Npower as no positive progress with GEAB, will never use again and encourage others to be aware.

Welcome gift to our charity
I was not expecting such a big difference in unit price bearing in mind that prices gave been rising recently. Since this is a charities organisation I represent a saving of £2000 a year is a really welcome gift to our group finances.
