I had good advice from a very friendly, helpful young man. He kept me informed every step of the way. The switch has gone ahead and I now have an 'account manager' who I can go through if I have any problems with the new supplier. Very happy, so far.

Extremely unprofessional and misleading company. Pressured into signing contracts without being giving chance to read, multiple phone calls a day badgering us. Complaints department an absolute joke as they can hear their staff misleading us when we asked direct questions but still sided with them.

Restored my trust and belief in their great work
Mentioning no names due to GDPR but I was mislead by an employee from a different energy company which left deleterious impacts and even the small care home I managed being fined. I was so frightened and reluctant to trust energy companies I was conscious of everything due to our sad experience. Let's face it these companies are supposed to be here to lead...guide and support us..Them being the professionals in their field of knowledge so one should be able to trust...when these guys came along I still felt weary and sceptical..why shouldn't I after all I had heard all tgis before..anyway although it took some time and being able to regain that trust..between Guy Mannix and James Swan they restored that belief to trust them..they kept me in the know...broke everything down....and most of all listened. I believe they have got our little care home a good deal...they also kept me reassured. I guess what I am trying to say is there are still good people out there who do want to help the small people like us.
