CS Lofts completed a hip to gable + dormer loft conversion for us in autumn 2024 and we couldn't be happier with it! Benni was our contact throughout and was always on hand to respond to our questions in the WhatsApp group regardless of time of day. He and the team were exceedingly professional and polite throughout the entire build. When one leg of the scaffolding needed to be put up in our elderly neighbor's garden, he commented on how polite the team who spoke to him were which meant a lot to us. The team were always considerate of our house and minimised the disruption to our day to day lives in any way they could. The build was rapid from start to finish being less than 2.5 months and it always felt that we were a priority. Benni was courteous and professional whenever we spotted a snag or something we wanted edited and made sure that the loft was converted exactly how we wanted it. Of the 3 companies we got to quote, CS Lofts were by far the most professional; the only ones to suggest having the staircase over our existing one (far better than our original plan); and came in with the best price. If you're considering getting a loft conversion, I'd highly recommend CS Lofts.

Our experience of C & S lofts was an extremely good one. We would not hesitate to recommend them. Every member of the team was reliable, punctual and respectful throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. We chose them because they understood our needs, were easy to talk to and their price was competitive. They carried out the work within the agreed time frame. Alex and Tyler were amazing, so professional and hard working, lovely boys, a pleasure to have them do the work. We were particularly impressed with the architect’s design, which maximised our loft space beautifully, resulting in a large bedroom, a small boiler room, an airing cupboard, and a bathroom. They also changed our ground floor staircase to correspond with the loft stairs creating an amazing feature, we’ve had many compliments. The chimney was also removed. Luke, the carpenter, is a true craftsman who designed a clever cupboard under the stairs. He was not only skilled but a really nice person, happy to make any last minute changes. The entire team was tidy and minimised dust and disruption. Richard and Sam were always available, and the WhatsApp group they set up was very helpful. Godfrey handled the snagging with impressive results. Overall, it was a positive and manageable experience.

We contracted CS Loft for a 2 bedroom & 1 bathroom loft. Rich was over for an initial meeting where he helped by talking with our neighbours, and the works started soon after. We can safely say that Luke, Luke and all the builders were extremely professional and worked very hard to a very high standard. We didn’t move out during the works, and all the builders were extremely loyal, very hardworking and very polite throughout the weeks they were here every day! We are very pleased with our new loft and would not hesitate to recommend them.
