Right from the onset where Richard came to have a look and give a quote to the end, the service was efficient and professional. As this was our first home improvement project we were quite nervous and Richard put our minds at ease with answering the many questions and arranging two viewings at recently completed jobs. At every stage of the project there was clear communication, advise and guidance. All the tradesmen who came for the work were extremely friendly, polite and left the space very clean. We had a baby in the middle of the project and CS were extremely accommodating to stop the work for a while and then restart when we were settled in. Sam also visited regularly to check everything was progressing to plan and help guide any decisions we needed to make which was appreciated. Richard, Sam and the entire team were patient with our questions, adaptive to our needs and overall the work was good value for money. CS Lofts completed the loft renovation on schedule and accommodated remodelling changes where and when requested. Communication was great and very responsive through the WhatsApp group. All of the tradesmen were very professional and reflected the efficient scheduling of work.

It took us a long time to have the confidence to go through another extension after our previous single extension build experience was a disaster and cost us extra thousands and years to get right again. I am very glad we found CS lofts. They arrived on time every day, the team were so helpful and came up with some creative ides along the way. The communication was excellent and we were kept fully informed of progress and what trades where arriving when. The team were tidy and also thoughtful when it came to our young children (keeping stairways safe etc). Their price was competitive and finished at exactly the cost they quoted. Finally and most importantly we love our new loft space, every finish was 5 star standard and we would recommend them without hesitation.
