Can't say enough good things about this product and/or this company. I've had my StudyBed a few years now and it literally is the best and most functional piece of furniture I've ever bought. My flatmate currently uses the bed and desk every day. It's super-easy to convert, literally so simple, and it still looks as good as it did the day it was installed. Plus I needed instructions on dismantling it the other day and the team got back to me straight away with excellent instructions and also offered (if I needed it) the option to come and dismantle and then reconstruct for a small fee, if neeeded. As I say, I can't recommend the product or the StudyBed Company more highly. Great bit of kit. I want an excuse to buy another!!! Thanks StudyBed team.

I bought standard double studybed and I think customer care I received from the company is one of the best ones in the world. As they don’t have showroom in London they were happy to give me demo of their different study beds on zoom. There were number of different options available for a small room I had in my flat and when I provided them my room dimensions and rough sketch they came with very clever idea about which studybed would be most appropriate and where I should put the bed in the room. I also went to their showroom to see the studybed before placing the final order and they were happy to offer me taxi to and from the nearest train station. Staff was able to answer all the questions I had in very friendly and approachable way. People who came to assemble the bed were also friendly. Thank you Ben, Judy and Jo for your support during this and I would say the customer care I received from you all is one of the best ones I have ever seen. Excellent process from discussing my needs, to ordering the universal study bed, to regular communication with the delivery & installation team. All were friendly, helpful & professional. A company you can trust. My installation took place this week without any problems & the team were efficient, tidy & professional. They explained how to use the study bed, which takes seconds. Product user manual provided & also via email. I am delighted with my purchase.

When we moved into our 1921 semi and had to accommodate two kids I bought a single studybed. I have nothing but praise for the product, the delivery and the warranty, It was so good that when we built an extension study room I bought a second SB for when I pull late-nighters (or am banned for snoring!) Yesterday our 16 year old had an issue with his 5 and a bit year old studybed... one of the gas strut dampers failed (it happens - rarely). I called and today a couple of new ones arrived - I fitted it in 5 minutes. They refused to accept payment even though it was out of warranty. OMG - a proper service ethic.. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.... thanks guys

We had our (double) study bed delivered and installed earlier this week. We're very pleased with the result. The StudyBed is a well made and good looking piece of furniture. When closed the desk area is vast! Wonderful for computer work, arts and crafts etc. The desk easily converts into a comfortable bed without having to remove any items from the desk - magic! During the ordering and purchasing process it was refreshing to know that we could call the team, if needed, without queues or going through voice activated options. Judy (Sales Controller) and Nigel (Operations Manager) were quick to respond to our questions and Ian did a great job installing the bed. This is an efficient, professional, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable team - the definition of good customer service!

I first saw the Studybed a few years ago at The Ideal Home Show, and was so impressed with it that I kept it in mind if I decided to downsize. That time has come and my Studybed has recently been delivered and installed by 2 lovely delivery guys. I am very pleased with the service I received from the company, love the bed and would definitely recommend it to potential purchasers.

From start to finish we were looked after with exceptional customer service. Our study bed is just incredible. I highly recommend purchasing one!!!. They are well made and transforms a room. FANTASTIC!!!

Excellent quality, perfect for our tiny box room. Studybed were fantastic throughout. They helped us workout what would fit, and even sent two different sized beds because we weren't quite sure so we could try both. The fitters were excellent, very helpful and fitted it all in just a few hours. Its expensive, but definitely worth the money! So easy to convert from desk to bed, and keeping your desk in tact, couldn't recommend them enough.

At the risk of "going overboard", I wish to go on record as saying that the StudyBed level of customer service is second to none! From my initial email enquiry onwards, I was given the finest and most helpful attention on all levels. Judy, always on the end of the phone or email, was/is an absolute Godsend - if only all customer service was this much of an ease and pleasure. A few days prior to the arrival of the Studybed, I had an email from Steve, confirming all details and estimated time of arrival; and on the day itself I even had an update by phone as to their progress. Steve and Kevin arrived on time, and in a couple of hours (and in the limited space dictated by my studio room) had assembled the StudyBed with consummate care and expertise. Their attention to detail, and concern that I be shown exactly how to manage the "convert" process, was/were absolute, and I cannot thank them enough for this, and for their friendliness overall.
