My Studybed has now been in place for two weeks and I love it. Although there is only my husband and myself at home now we still get a steady stream of teenage grandchildren staying over and the Studybed has proved to be the perfect answer to study v guestroom. The first strapping six foot grandson stayed over the weekend and said the bed was extremely comfortable and for once I didn't have to re-organise the room for a visitor as I could just leave all my gear on the desk. Brilliant. The delivery and installation were well within the timeframe given. Communication was excellent and the staff both at the showroom and the guys installing the bed are very professional, helpful and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending the company and prduct.

We want to buy the studybed long time ago in Hong Kong. Finally we got it. The product quality, delivery and installation service is very good. My wife and son love it so much. We believe that it can use for long time. We highly recommend to buy it if you are still hesitation.

After coming across the study bed on line and then taking a trip to Thame to visit the showroom, we knew this was the ideal solution for our study vs spare bedroom dilemma. Many months later and with our house renovations underway, we placed an order for the double bed version. Unfortunately our renovations took much much longer than anticipated and each time I called to put off the delivery it was never an issue and when we were at last ready, the organising of the delivery date was so straight forward. The gentlemen delivering the bed arrived within the time I was advised, despite the long journey they had made to deliver it, and the assembly was done efficiently, with the guidance given delivered clearly. I was slightly nervous (as it was so long since we had seen it) that being only 5ft 3 and not very strong it may not be as straight forward to convert as I had remembered, or maybe we wouldn't be able to get what we needed on it and still convert it to a bed. But I needn't have worried, it is simply genius - so easy to convert and yet a substantial, stylish, perfect desk that has made our sitting room/study complete that in seconds becomes a perfect spare bedroom. Having struggled with the issue of our only spare bedroom being our study and also a space for guests to stay, we discovered the Study bed company online. As we live in the North East it was too far to visit so after a couple of phone calls, emails etc we placed our order for a double bed with top boxes hoping to solve our storage problems at the same time. Our order was delivered last week, which was earlier than anticipated. I needed the installation to be done in a time frame as I needed to go to work. Ian was fantastic . He was prompt and efficient, friendly and affable. Considering he’d been on the road since 5 am and had already done one installation this was much more than I’d expect. The installation was done in the time frame and after an explanation of how to work it,Ian left and I went to work. My husband arrived home whilst I was at work and messaged me with the word ‘wow’, which sums it up really. We are delighted with it, the top boxes are spacious, the mattress is comfortable and as I have back issues this is important. It has solved all our issues of space, storage and a bed for guests. We have recently purchased a new house and felt that the StudyBed would be a good solution for the small 4th bedroom which will also be used as an office. We visited the Thame showroom on a very wet Saturday morning having driven quite a long way, not realising that we needed an appointment but Ben came out specially to show us round and to demonstrate the StudyBed (thanks again Ben) and it was an easy decision to make as it is a brilliant product and so well designed. The staff at this company are all a credit to the business with excellent communication and very high standards. Our Universal StudyBed with a wardrobe and top boxes was expertly fitted this week by Will and Jason and we look forward to many years of use.

My spare bedroom is my study, and is also where my guests sleep. When I am using it as a study it was usually cluttered, and when it had a put-you-up-bed it was very cramped, hence I thought a Studybed with top box and wardrobe unit with shelving for files would be the answer. My studybed was delivered yesterday, it is coloured white and blue and now makes an exceptionally attractive feature, and looks unique. I am absolutely delighted. The service I received from Studybed, both at the showroom and with the two Kevins who undertook the installation was faultless. I only wish more companies gave such first-class service in all departments.

I was looking for a solution where I could accommodate a full bed and desk. We have a small room, so something like the studybed (I ordered the majestic) was a great idea. I was initially looking at the sofabeds amongst other things, but needed an actual bed with a proper mattress (due to back pain) and the studybed was perfect for this as they were able to accommodate a full actual bed. Communication with the pre sales team at studybed was both helpful and regular. There were regular emails between myself and the studybed team and they were able to accommodate my measurements and requests, so not only was the regular communication reassuring, it gave peace of mind as well. Onto the actual installation itself, the chaps who fitted my studybed were polite courteous and considerate. They called me beforehand to let me know when they were coming and I appreciated this. The fitters were very dilligent in their work and took the time to show me how to operate the studybed and were open to answering any questions I had. To illustrate how courteous the fitters were, they put felt material on the studybed legs so as to not scratch the laminate flooring, I thought this was a really nice touch. Even as they were leaving, I remembered that I wanted some more felt material on the studybed legs, to help me pull out the studybed and the fitters even accommodated this as well, great service indeed. Thank you to those of you who have taken the time to read this long review. I hope the length of the review gives you reassurance about my actual experience with the studybed company. I did research other companies who were offering similar flip out beds, but they were considerably more expensive. Studybed offered a very cost efficient and effective product and service. Very efficient and friendly service and fitters. The majestic study bed looks even better than I imagined and transforms a small guest bedroom into a functional office. Delighted with everything.

It may sound like overkill to call the studybed revolutionary, but it truly is! I cannot think of a more efficient and functional use of all the available floor space in our small third bedroom. Kevin and Will were incredibly professional and friendly, just like their colleagues on the sales team. This is a solid piece of furniture which we will use for years to come. It is completely different to the other products on the market – this is not an occasional bed, this is built for everyday use and you can feel and see the difference in quality. My husband is no longer subjected to the dining table when working from home, and the rest of the family can now reclaim the lounge! Hooray for everyone and thank you to the studybed company! Highly recommend!

Few years ago I bought a single study bed from Study bed.co.uk; to be precise in 2013. The bed has served us well over the years. Recently in 2021 when we moved home, the removal company lost few bits of the study bed - (fittings like a trunnion etc). I had contacted the customer service to request replacement screws and the missing trunnion. Despite being the busy christmas season, they did send me the required bits the very next day before christmas and was even willing to support after as well. A special thanks to Judy from Customer service who dealt with our query and helped out in a timely and efficient fashion. Highly appreciated. If needed we would use their product again and would happily reccomend their products to others. Arun
