Easy to order arrived quickly, only disappointed thing was I misread that it needs to be plugged in to work I thought it was a chargeable device

I ordered 8 purifair from them and for some reason they made a weird sound. It was loud. I think perhaps the delivery driver threw the box or something because the box was dented when I got the order. I told purifair and showed them the issue for each purifair. They were so understanding and nice and replaced all 8 purifair! Highly recommend. This time they all work and are very quiet when on. I tested each one since they will make excellent Christmas gifts. Thank you!

so far so good - not sure how long I can leave it on but I'm finding it very good and so compact - bedside table friendly

I couldn't believe how much my breathing has improved in a week since getting this product. We are sleeping well .we will be getting some more For the rest of the house, that's how impressed we are.
