Customer service: 5 stars Delivery: 5 stars We bought 5 units, and are very happy with them. We live in a rather dusty area, and used to spend the first few minutes in the shower of a morning clearing our nose and throats. Since running these Purifairs, we no longer need to do this. My eldest son would regularly get horrible hayfever - just horrible. He hasn't had a bout since we started running these next to our beds (about 3½ weeks now). My only two criticisms: they are slightly louder than I thought they would be (the gold more so than the black), and they need a USB connection to run - we had to buy adapters to plug into the power. 4 stars is still a recommendation!

5 pack purchased Purchased for Xmas gifts and 4 months down the track I've had 4/5 replaced as they have started to make noises. Staff are very understanding and once evidence is provided they have replaced all units without hesitation. Fingers crossed these units run smoothly otherwise I may ask for my money back.

Had a small problem with one of my units Purifair where amazing responded straight away to my message on messenger and after viewing the video of the damaged unit sent a replacement one which arrived in a very timely manner. Very impressed with the product and their customer service is 100% spot on. Thank you
