I am a new customer and have already ordered cakes twice from this company. The on line booking was easy to navigate, and the delivery service was prompt. I ordered the strawberry short cake, and the black and white layered cake. They were so fresh, tasty, not overly sweet, and a big hit with my kids. I highly recommend eCakes. The strawberry vanilla cakelet is delicious. I am disappointed that the delivery fee is the same cost as the cake itself. It used to be free to deliver in Scarborough and now is is $16. That's a huge jump. I also left 2 messages to try to arrange a delivery time and no one returned my phone calls. So great products, but expensive and customer service needs work.

This was my first time ordering a cake through this website and it was an overall great experience. The cake itself tasted great and was fresh and cool when it arrived. The delivery man arrived around 4pm on the day I had selected for it to be delivered (7am-6pm delivery option). Since I am in a building with many other residents sometimes porch pirates are an issue, so I asked that the delivery person please call me when they arrive so I can grab the cake from the door right away. He did exactly this, delivered the cake with a smile, and made sure to wait for me to pick it up before he left. I would definitely order from this place again!
