Outstanding customer service. I spoke with Jeff when I had difficulty completing the online order form. He was super helpful and managed to arrange a mango coconut cheesecake (in less than stellar ordering time on my part) AND a butter cookie cake delivered the following day in time for my daughter’s birthday. It was two more days for them to get my payment because I had it so mixed up. Now that’s a real family type business to trust me to complete the transaction. I heard from my daughter that the cakes were absolutely delicious but that they probably shouldn’t be eaten for breakfast three days in a row. 😆 Thank you Jeff for fixing things up for me.

I was expecting a cake for my mom’s birthday today but I haven’t receive anything yet. I am assuming now you forgot to take my order or something fell through the crack since no cake was delivered to me.This is ridiculous and unacceptable since you are a large company selling cakes and now I have no cake to celebrate with my mom. Please never deliver just let your clients pick up. Poor customer service . No one pick up the phone. No one care about the customer .

Exceptional customer service!!! Susan responded to my email inquiry very late at night in which she was very helpful in resolving my problem of getting for my husband’s 50th Birthday. The special accommodation for the delivery on Monday made it possible for me the get the cake one day ahead of his birthday. The cake was delivered promptly in the morning and the quality of the cake is outstanding. I will definitely order from this company again in the future.

First of all the order was requested to be delivered before 12 , and they acknowledged it would , did not receive until 4 pm. if it is a birthday cake one would want it before half the day is done . secondly the cake did not look at all like the advertised one they used other cheap decoration, and ofcourse it tasted mediocre not premium as they advertise , lastly they did not have to be so rude when questioned on the delivery , they could atleast phone ahead and inform it is on its way . all in all woud never recommend this to anyone .
