Excellent customer service from all levels-the office to the delivery drivers. I always use Broadlands for the ease of ordering and when I have run out before they have given me a reasonable turn around time for the oil delivery. Can’t fault them. Jo is super friendly and swift with any queries I have. Keep up the fab work!!

Not only did my delivery arrive when it should, I felt the price was the best around and I am very happy with the 5 star service I received. Delivery driver could only deliver half the order as he found a crack in the tank which I hadn’t noticed. Spoke with Katie at Broadland fuels about a refund and this was promptly dealt with…was also given the name of a specialist who could sort out a replacement tank. Well done Katie. Thank you.

Staff in the office go above and beyond to help you even when I’ve rang with short notice for a delivery , and the delivery drivers are always friendly and respectful to my property. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
